
SDAO “Scale up Continuation Sustainable Skills and Empowerment Project
The SUCASSEP project is a continuation and scale-up initiative under ISDAO aimed at deepening community impact through sustainable skill acquisition, empowerment, and inclusion. The project targets marginalized groups—especially youth, women, and sexual minorities—equipping them with livelihood skills and linking empowerment with human rights awareness.
Objectives:
- To enhance economic self-reliance through vocational training.
- To promote the rights and dignity of marginalized communities.
- To strengthen advocacy through empowered community-led initiatives.
Key Activities:
- Hands-on vocational and digital skills training.
- Mentorship and entrepreneurship sessions.
- Rights-based workshops and community dialogues.
- Distribution of starter kits and business support.
Outcomes:
- Improved income-generating capacity among participants.
- Increased awareness of human rights and social inclusion.
